Outgoing Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, who was abruptly fired by the president Tuesday morning, only mentioned the president’s title at the beginning of his first briefing since receiving news of his ouster, saying he recieved a called at noon from “the President of the United States.”
Tillerson thanks a lot of people. But not Trump.
